At the age of 23, she earned herself the title of ‘The Youngest Indian female to head a radio station.’ She played a pivotal role in launching four FM radio stations across Kerala. She was actively involved in the hiring and setting up process of all four radio stations, namely Club FM. Subsequently, she managed the first Women Empowerment Soft Skill Training institute of the Social Welfare Department, Govt. of Kerala -REACH. During her tenure as a ‘State Head,’ she supported and directed the launch of several empowerment initiatives that enabled women of varied careers to reach great heights.
